About Me

Regina’s interest in energy healing began when she found Reiki during research for a course in the nature and management of stress for her degree in education in the early 1990s.  Since that time she has studied several energy therapies in addition to Healing Touch which she combines to suite the individual needs of clients.  She also brings “Heal Your Life” workshops, Refloxology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatheapy and Colour/Sound healing to her practice.  She loves to travel and has studied with wonderful teachers in several countries.  Her holistic approach to healing is a combination of ancient wisdom and new science.  She brings  her love for humanity and her  desire to help clients on their journey towards healing and wholeness to her sessions and workshops.  After spending  almost ten years in Canada’s north,  Regina has returned to Newfoundland, this beautiful place she calls  home, and has opened a private practice at the Dynamis Health Centre in St. John’s.
