This experiential workshop is based on the book “Be Your Own Shaman” by one of Regina’s teachers, Deborah King, as well as Regina’s many years of study of ancient healing techniques with medicine men/woman from several countries.  Regina will be assisting Deborah at her “Be Your Own Shaman” workshop and healings at the I Can Do It Conference in Tampa in November.
